Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods.
Credit card payment: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted.
The breakdown of the total payment is "Product price (tax included) + Shipping fee".

Apple Pay:
You can easily pay with a credit card registered to your Apple Account.

About delivery method

We will use "Japan Post" to deliver the product. For overseas shipments, we use Japan Post's EMS.
After confirming your order, your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days (weekdays).
*Delivery companies are subject to change without notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are a flat rate of 500 yen within Japan, and 800 yen to Hokkaido and Okinawa.
International shipping (currently only available in the US and Australia) is $30.

Points to note when registering your email address

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within one business day (weekdays) after placing your order, it is possible that you entered the email address incorrectly or that the email is not being received due to spam settings.
